At Woven Grace, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process simple and hassle-free.

Flat Rate Return Shipping: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. A prepaid shipping label is available for your convenience, with a $2.99 return shipping fee deducted from your refund. Simply request your return, and we’ll email your label. Once your return shipping label is received, item(s) must be shipped back within 3 days.

Store Credit for Returns: For standard returns, we’ll provide store credit for the full item cost (excluding original shipping fees). Use your credit for any future purchase in our store (store credit never expires).

Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Items must be free of odors like perfume or smoke. Items must be in original packaging.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable for any credit.

Customer Responsibilities
For items damaged in transit, please send photos of the damage and packaging within 14 days; we’ll cover return shipping and provide store credit or a replacement.
Items returned in unacceptable condition (e.g., with odors or stains), will be sent back at the customer’s expense, paid via a payment link. These items will be held until return shipping is paid by the customer; unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after 30 days to cover storage costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns if damage appears intentional.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
